    2. Go through our product list and add desired products and corresponding quantities to your shopping cart.

    3. Fill in your delivery details (and the details of your recipient if ordering for others)

    4. Make payment and check out!

    Items will be delivered 48 -72 hours after your purchase.

    Deliveries are made within 48-72 working hours of order placement and payment confirmation. Most deliveries are made in less than 48 working hours. We might be able to accommodate a request for an earlier delivery but please reach us on +234702 533 2663 to confirm


    Our office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday except public holidays.


    1. Payment into our corporate bank accounts (both Naira and USD)

    2. Naira debit card online payment using Paystack. Your payment is secure and processed by Paystack, a reputable financial institution. We do not have access to your card details.

    3. Payment in USD and other currencies using World Remit

    Yes, we can. We are experienced at delivering on behalf of both our local and international customers and many clients trust us to deliver to their preferred recipients e.g. a customer in diaspora might ask us to deliver to his mum in Lagos. 


    Yes, you can pay in USD and other currencies.

    1. Complete your transaction in your preferred currency on our website.

    2. Then pay in USD and other currencies using WorldRemit. Follow the instructions on our checkout page to pay in your preferred currency. WorldRemit charges 3.49USD for USD payments below 200USD and from 5.49 USD for transactions from 201USD to 500USD.

    *For US dollars, you can also use a direct transfer to our USD corporate bank account. All details available on our checkout page.


    On the checkout page, uncheck the button that says "My delivery and billing addresses are the same.". Once this is done, input your recipient's details including name, address and phone number in the shipping address section.

    Yes we do! Your items arrive cleaned and prepped. E.g. we rinse tomatoes, cut veggies, remove the gut of fish etc.


    Our products are typically measured in kilos to ensure that the quantity we supply is consistent unlike the general market where sellers usually tamper with the bowls they use to measure.

    For context, a custard/paint bucket usually contains-Tomatoes 3-3.5kg, Rodo 1.5kg, Tatase 1.5kg, Onions 3kg, Garri 3kg


    To view your last order, simply log into your customer account. You will be presented with the option to view your last order and order the same items again. Subsequently, you can make changes to your cart.

    Yes, you can pickup from our office in Ikeja at no cost. Orders must be fully paid for and processed ahead of pickup.

    On the checkout page, under “shipping method”, select “pickup”

    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only process your items after which we must have received payment. 

    Pickup can be done strictly during working hours. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm unless otherwise agreed. If you are not able to pickup at the appointed time, kindly note that we are not able to guarantee the condition of the items due to their perishable nature.

    Pickup follows the same timeline as orders for delivery- 24-48 working hours after purchase. In instances where you would like to pickup earlier, kindly reach the Applecart team on 0702 533 2663 to confirm the possibility of an earlier pickup

    You will receive a notification of the day and time your order would be ready for pickup 

    If you cannot pickup at the appointed time, kindly reschedule for the earliest time possible. Please note that Applecart will not be liable for any change in the condition of the items due to the delay in pickup. We are only able to guarantee freshness within the timeframe for pickup we provide.

    Yes, someone can pickup on your behalf. Using the phone number or email in your order, kindly inform us of the name and phone number of the person picking up for you by text message to 0702 533 2663 or email to [email protected]. Their phone number would be used to confirm we are handing over the package to your appointed receiver. Please note that if we do not receive your instruction ahead, we are unable to release your order.
